Alpha Premium , we are committed to delivering high-quality custom printing and design services to our valued customers. Since most of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions outlined below.
π· 1. Return Policy for Custom Printed Products
Our products are made according to customer-specific requirements (e.g., names, logos, custom texts, images). As a result, returns are not accepted in general unless there is a verified issue.
We accept reprints or replacements in the following cases:
- The product delivered does not match the confirmed order
- There are clear printing or manufacturing defects
- The product was damaged during delivery
π Conditions for eligibility:
- You must report the issue within 72 hours of receiving the product
- You must share clear photo or video proof showing the defect or damage
- Our team will verify and may offer a free reprint or partial credit on your next order
π· 2. Damage During Courier Delivery
All products are securely packaged before shipment. However, if the product is damaged in transit, the following steps must be taken:
- Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If you notice external damage, inform the delivery agent immediately
- Take photos/videos of the damaged product, the packaging, and courier label
- Report to us within 72 hours of delivery
Upon verification, we may:
- Reprint and resend the product at no additional cost
- Offer a discount or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage
πΈ Note: We may advise you to raise a formal claim with the courier partner if the damage is extensive
π· 3. Responsibility After Design Approval
Once the customer approves the final design, we proceed with printing as confirmed.
- Alpha Premium BD will not be responsible for errors (text, alignment, color, image placement, etc.) after customer approval
- It is the customerβs responsibility to review and verify all content before final confirmation
π· 4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom printing, refunds are limited and only applicable under the following conditions:
β Eligible for Refund:
- Order is cancelled before printing/production begins
- Alpha Premium BD is unable to fulfill or deliver the order
- Duplicate payment or technical error during checkout
π« Not Eligible for Refund:
- The product has already been printed or is in production
- The customer approved the design but later changed their mind
- Minor color variations due to screen vs. print differences
π· 5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (SSLCommerz, bKash, Card, Nagad, etc.)
- Refund processing may take 5β7 working days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
π· 6. Partial/Advance Payments
For certain high-value or bulk orders, Alpha Premium BD may require up to 50% advance payment before production.
- Remaining payment must be made before delivery or during handover
- If the customer cancels the order after design approval, any advance payment is non-refundable due to design and processing costs
π· 7. Courier Delays & Limitations
- All orders are dispatched in a timely manner via reliable courier partners
- Alpha Premium is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company
- If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., for an event), please inform us during order placement
- In case of courier delay, we may assist with tracking, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times
